Terms of Use

How Hardline sells and licenses Framer templates, how Polar runs checkout, why digital sales are final, and what six months of support includes.

1. Overview

Hardline sells digital Framer templates for gaming, horror, entertainment, and related creative work. By using this site or buying from Hardline, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Hardline products and services.

2. Digital Products

Everything Hardline sells is digital: downloads or access inside Framer. Nothing ships in the mail.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description, compatibility notes, and feature list before completing your purchase.

3. Payments and Checkout

Payments are processed through Polar. Polar may act as the merchant of record, process taxes where required, and handle payment collection on our behalf.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and to comply with Polar's checkout terms where applicable.

4. Refund Policy

Digital sales are final. After you get access to the template or files, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Email us before you buy if you are unsure about features, licensing, or whether a template fits your project.

5. License and Usage

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your own project or for client work, subject to the license terms included with the product.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or offer the template files as a competing template, starter, or marketplace product.

6. Support and Updates

Each template purchase includes six months of technical support from the sale date. That covers help with built-in features and bugs in the template as sold.

Support does not cover installation, migration, content entry, design changes, custom development, or changes you ask us to make for your project.

We may ship compatibility updates or improvements when we choose. We do not promise lifetime updates or compatibility with every third-party tool, future Framer change, or modification you make yourself.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hardline products are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Hardline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or site.

8. Contact
