Terms of Use

These terms explain how Hardline sells and licenses its Framer templates, how checkout is handled through Polar, and why digital purchases are final.

1. Overview

Hardline sells premium digital Framer templates for gaming, horror, entertainment, and adjacent creative brands. By accessing this site or purchasing a product from Hardline, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Hardline products and services.

2. Digital Products

All products sold by Hardline are digital downloads or digital access products intended for use within Framer. No physical goods are shipped.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description, compatibility notes, and feature list before completing your purchase.

3. Payments and Checkout

Payments are processed through Polar. Polar may act as the merchant of record, process taxes where required, and handle payment collection on our behalf.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and to comply with Polar's checkout terms where applicable.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once access to the template or related digital files has been granted, the purchase cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Please contact us before purchasing if you need clarification about functionality, licensing, or template fit.

5. License and Usage

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your own project or for client work, subject to the license terms included with the product.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or offer the template files as a competing template, starter, or marketplace product.

6. Support and Updates

We may provide bug fixes, compatibility updates, or product improvements at our discretion. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates or custom support.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every third-party integration, future Framer platform change, or custom modification made by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hardline products are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Hardline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or site.
